Unlike most trainers who only talk cardio or strength-training, Emily addresses the whole person. Her knowledge and experience spans everything from gut flora to myofascial release. For example, I thought I was eating a pretty healthy diet but I was still experiencing a lot of trouble with food allergies/intolerances. Emily recommended a book (“It Starts with Food”) and provided ongoing guidance and advice that helped me figure out some underlying problems and I’ve taken my diet to a completely different level as a result.

Emily also works on a very individual basis in regards to working out.  She listens to feedback and adjusts the workout accordingly.
