I train any and all skill levels, from the veteran exerciser to the unseasoned beginner. I will meet you where you are with programming tailored to your specific needs and goals.

What are your qualifications?
I am an American Council of Exercise certified Personal Trainer. I also hold an Advanced Personal Fitness Training Certificate from North Seattle Community College. My Health Coaching Certificate is from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Additionally, I am a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) and a Level 1 Blood Flow Restriction Training Certified Provider. I have also completed several trainings in Myofacial Meridians/Anatomy Trains, menopausal management, and macronutrient-based dietary strategies. Furthermore, I am a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast. I participated in college athletics and have been passionate about healthy movement, eating, and lifestyle for over two decades.
